What does it cost to purchase a Membership Unit?
Currently, the cost of our Membership Units are $25.00 per unit. You may purchase as many units as you like. There is no payment processor fees charged on purchases of Membership Units. This cost for payment processors is covered within the Admin fee charged on Payouts. This lowers the overall cost to the member for purchasing membership units.

How do I withdraw my earnings?
The Payout cycle for your cash earnings is every 15 days and you will be paid manually to your payment processor on file. We ask that you allow us up to 5 business days to process your payout, thank you.

How do I make payments?
You may purchase Membership Units using PTSPAY, our inhouse payment processor, Alertpay or StrictPay.

I viewed over 25 sites sites today; why don't I see any extra money?
You may only earn ONCE per day. Once you reach 25 sites you will not be able to earn anymore until the next day.

Do I have to purchase a Membership?
No, you do not need to purchase a Membership to use the advertising services provided at HighIncomeSurf.Com. You will need to purchase a membership in order to earn and be paid for your referral commissions.

Is HighIncome Surf a HYIP?
No, HighIncome Surf is not a HYIP, as we offer and sell Upgraded Advertising Memberships. We ask all members to surf the required 25 websites to earn, but if you happen to miss a day due to sickness, family, spending time with your kids or due to personal reasons, etc. we have you covered. At HighIncome Surf, we look after our members and you will not lose your daily earnings because you did not surf.

When does my Membership expire?
Membership Units last for 30 days - the expiry date shown is your last date of viewing/surfing for earnings.

Do I get referral commissions?
Yes, we pay a referral commission of 5% on every Membership Unit that your referrals make for as long as they're an Active Member of the program!

When does my referral commission get paid?
Commissions are paid directly into your cash balance at the time your Referral purchases their membership unit. This amount, as well as your cash earnings is then paid out every 15 days.

Can I have more than one account?
NO, we only accept one account per one IP address and per email. Proxy server detection systems are also in place. If we find that you have multiple accounts, all of your accounts will be deleted, whether they are just a Member or an Active Member account.

What if all my Membership Units have expired?
If you do not have any active memberships, your account reverts to a Member only account with all its limitations.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our very own PTSPAY, Alertpay or StrictPay.

I will be out of town. I will have access to another computer. Can I view/surf on this other computer, or will there be any ip problems, I don't want my account canceled because I had my account accessed from two different ips. Can I do this?
Our ip verification/detection system checks to see if you are using proxy servers with multiple account and if one ip is accessing more than one account. *One account can have multiple ips associated with it, that is okay*, but only one ip can be in the system. For example user #9999 has accessed his account from ip 11.11.11.111 and from his friends computer ip 22.22.22.222. That is just fine. But if ip 11.11.11.111 has logged in to user #9999 and user#9912 than both account will be shut down for cheating becuase the same person is trying to cheat by having 2 accounts.

Can I buy Membership Units with my earnings? And if so, when?
No, but once you receive your payout, you can use those funds to buy more memberships, as long as you have them available to you in your back office.

How many Membership Units can you have at one time?
You may have 4000 Membership Units at this time.

Why was my site suspended?
Sites are suspended because they break the rules of HighIncomeSurf.Com, for example a site may not contain a pop-up, fly-in, or be a framebreaker.

Members Home
Members can see their Advertising Stats,the # of Viewing/Surf days. Members can see how many Membership Units they have purchased as well as your Earnings balance for viewing/surfing websites and Advertising.

Buying Membership Units.
Click the menu link in the members home that is marked “Buy Membership”.

History
Members history will show all funding history, adpack history, Payouts history, Referral Commissions, and other cash credits. Members will be able to see if their Payouts are paid or pending.

Referrals
As soon as members access the referral section of HighIncomeSurf.Com, they will be given their member referral link. Members will see their Referral Count and the information of their referrals.

Banners
Banners will be available for members to place on other websites with their reference number encoded into the banner These banners are free. Members are encouraged to place these banners anywhere possible so that they may earn as much Referral Commission as possible.

Are there any fees?
Yes, a 5% Admin fee is charged on payouts to cover Staff wages, Payment Processor charges, server and operational expenses.
